7th Annual M&T Harvest of the Arts Festival
Carlisle’s annual Harvest of the Arts Festival brings food, fun, and art to downtown Carlisle, PA. This festival offers guests a time to experience beautiful art, live music provided by local and regional musicians, theater, great food, and fun activities for the kids. This much anticipated annual Apple Festival provides locals and visitors alike an opportunity to enjoy toe-tapping music from beginning to end, tasty food provided by more than 70 vendors, creative handmade crafts by 350 vendors, entertaining contests (think homemade apple pie!), and an abundance of activities for all ages. Carlisle Barracks Oktoberfest 2018
This year’s Oktoberfest is one fall event not to be missed. From entertainment and games to fun and tasty activities, like the tapping of the Official War College Brew, you’ll find much to do (and eat!) no matter your age. Dare to try a hand at the Stein Holding Contest? The person who can hold up the stein the longest wins! Since 2008, Carlisle Barracks has hosted Oktoberfest, providing an opportunity to bring the military community together with the public in a fun and positive location.
