Carlisle Pennsylvania, is a picturesque town in South Central Pennsylvania's Cumberland Valley. The town is home to Dickinson College, a private liberal arts college, as well as the U.S. Army War College, Penn State Dickinson Law School, and Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet (CPYB).
