The Alliance for Aquatic Resource Monitoring (ALLARM), based out of Dickinson College, is
collaborating with the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland Valley Trout Unlimited, and the LeTort Regional Authority (LRA) to host the Third Annual LeTort Festival. This is a community event with entertainment, food, kids’ zone, art zone, educational LeTort zone, and more.
