Warrior Ride will be hosting a wounded veteran ride through Central Pennsylvania June 15th – 18th. The Warrior Ride is a non-profit organization that equips wounded veterans with adaptive bicycles for event rides throughout the country. Warrior Ride will start their event at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Carlisle, PA on June 15th 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. for their initial registration and bicycle fitting. The public is welcome to attend to meet and greet the veterans participating. Market Cross Pub & Rillo’s will be cooking food for participants and selling food for donations to the cause. The ride will start on June 16th at 9:00 am at the Boiling Springs Children’s Lake in Boiling Springs, PA and move on to the State Capitol. On June 17th at 9:00 a.m. the event will start at the Army Heritage Education Center and Carlisle Barracks and move on to City Island. Their last day will be on June 18th at 9:00 a.m. from Fairfield Inn & Suites Carlisle to King’s Gap and back.
